the friction, I love it
so i wake up and i step outside
and i look around and i look to the sky
i stare at the sun and sing a little song
and i laugh and feel good so what could go wrong
i walk to the store and look at the people
going everywhere and doing what they do
and i go to the lake and relate to the ripples
and sit on some books and let the words roll through me
and i can feel it all around
it’s barely audible
and i’m searching for the sound
i follow on the trails
i follow everywhere
and when it’s finally found
